Interview

1.    Describe an occasion where your knowledge of IT tools has proven useful for the purposes of knowledge management and project management. When I started working at my job was labor PEMEX permissions to access different areas of work permits was to fill a document expressing the damage, security, type of material (depends of the area) and all that was required and accepted personal by a group of engineers (area managers)

2. Do you have any experience with international matrix management? No,  but will have a relationship with big business and when you start to relate to people more professional

3. Describe an occasion when you were successfully able to lead, manage and motivate staff and teams in a multicultural environment? I have exactly no one as such, but I had a class at my university in which the group was based on making a final project which consisted in making a greenhouse, about this question the team is one of the qualities it takes hard work and the big companies to know why to start attitudes and the professor was that we supported and motivated us to succeed in this project.

4. How has our professional experience contributed to your knowledge of international affairs? Experience has been good to learn more about concerns is more Know-feed and use it both at work and socially

5. How has your professional experience helped you to develop knowledge of the working procedures of the International Secretariat and governing bodies? Helped me develop more in profile and skills to employ me in several areas of work which begins to contribute more logical ideas

6. Please describe an occasion where you demostrated an ability to think strategically and manage and drive change. When I was working in PEMEX staff helped move to have more control to load and unload heavy equipment

7. Please describe an occasion where you demostrated an ability to build, manage and promote effective teams, cross-sectorial colaboration and external partnerships. When I was an administrator who performed Company in the distribution of heavy material, of the entering and leaving at different are of work
8. Excellent communication, advocacy and negociation skills. Fund raising experience would be considered an asset.
